What happened to the rewards I earned from the old program?

All points and rewards earned before November 11, 2024 have expired.

How do I join Walk-On’s Rewards?

You can join Walk-Ons rewards by completing registration on our mobile app or website. Existing members can sign in using their email address and password.

How does the new rewards program work?

With any qualifying purchase online or in one of our locations, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Once you earn 1,000 points, you will unlock a reward for a Free Starter. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase. The Free Starter reward is valid for 45 days once it is earned. Your points will reset after the reward is earned.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Inactivity means there have been no transactions in which you either earned or used points.

Will I receive a birthday reward?

Yes! You will receive your birthday reward in your account on the 1st day of your birthday month as indicated in your profile. Birthday rewards expire at the end of your birthday month.

Can I earn points on orders placed through third-party delivery apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats?

Delivery orders placed on third party apps are not eligible to receive points or redeem rewards. Don’t miss out on points and order through our app!

How many rewards can I redeem with my order?

Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.

How do I redeem my rewards?

On our website or mobile app, you can apply rewards at online checkout. Please ensure that the menu item being discounted is added to your cart before applying the reward. In one of our restaurants, let your server know that you have a reward available and that you’d like to redeem it. They will ask for your phone number to look up your account and apply your reward.

Where can I keep track of what I’ve earned?

You can view your earned points and rewards in the Walk-On’s app or website by logging into your account.

Are there any purchases I don’t earn points on?

Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, catering orders, or third-party purchases. Other restrictions may apply.

I forgot to identify as a rewards member, how do I receive credit for my visit?

You can receive points from a previous visit by scanning the QR code located at the bottom of your final (“closed”) receipt. To scan, open the Walk-On’s mobile app and navigate to the top left menu, tap Add Missing Points and scan the QR code.

My birth date is incorrect on my rewards account, how do I correct it?

To have your birth date updated by our team, please contact us at [email protected].

How do I update my password?

You can reset your password using the Forgot Password options on the sign-in page. 

On the app, if you are signed into your account, you can update your password by navigating to the top left menu, choosing Change Password. Make sure you save your new password before exiting. 

On the website, if you are signed into your account, you can update your password by navigating to your account Profile & Settings, and then click Password. Make sure you save your new password before exiting.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn on a single transaction?

The maximum number of points you can earn on a single transaction is 1,700. This is inclusive of any points multiplier campaigns (2x, 3x Points etc.)

Do I need to be a smartphone user to be a part of Walk-On’s Rewards?

Our rewards program doesn't require a smartphone. Just click here to sign up or log in to use the rewards program online. Make sure you add a phone number to your account so you can provide it in-restaurant when ordering.

I need to update my profile information. How do I update my account?

On the app, if you are signed into your account, you can update your profile by navigating to the top left menu, choosing Edit Account, and make any changes needed. Make sure you save your changes before exiting.

On the website, if you are signed into your account, you can update your profile by navigating to your account Profile & Settings. Make any changes and save before exiting.

I’m trying to create an account but it says I already have one, what do I do?

You can sign in using your email and current password, or reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. If you still experience issues, please reach out to us for assistance via [email protected].

Why do you ask for my location information?

To make your experience better, we use your location information to locate a Walk On’s location nearest to you to ensure your search is quick and easy.

My total on my receipt was higher than the points I received. Why?

Members earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.
