
Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux Introduces Revamped Menu with New Items, Refreshed Fan Favorites and Exciting New Cocktails
Atlanta, GA (March 10, 2025) – Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is making a slam dunk with a fresh lineup of mouth-watering menu items, available starting March 10, that are perfect for fans of all ages. Whether watching the opening round of 64 or enjoying weeknight bites with the family, these new offerings bring bold Cajun flavor and dunkable mayhem right to the table.

NEW Menu & Cocktail Offerings
Walk-On’s revamped menu is elevating the gameday experience. Accompanying the new items, guests can expect to see a totally refreshed look and feel to the menu, featuring sharpened color, a re-engineered layout and callouts to signature items. By never losing sight of the importance of high-quality scratch-made food, the new look and feel of the menu + new standout items take sports bar dining to the next level.
Guests will also see a list of new cocktail offerings with standouts like the Spicy Mango Margarita and the Praline Espresso Martini. The Spicy Mango Margarita puts a special twist on the traditional Spicy Margarita by infusing mango flavor with every sip. The Praline Espresso Martini, with a flavor profile unique to the brand, gives an ode to Walk-On’s Louisiana roots by combining the sweet and savory taste of Pralines throughout the specialty drink.

- Devils on Horseback
- A Walk-On’s staple, reimagined. A delicious, butterflied shrimp stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeno, and wrapped in bacon is grilled to perfection and tossed in hot honey.
- Pepperjack Boudin
- A fan favorite taken to new heights: Pepperjack cheese-infused boudin. This item embodies the roots of Louisiana while adding a special twist of Pepperjack cheese.
- Warm Turkey Melt
- Features a generous portion of turkey on a fresh wheat bun, topped with creamy Havarti cheese, sriracha aioli, crisp lettuce, and sliced tomato.
- Ribeye Sliders
- Our popular Ribeye Po’boy transformed into a slider. Each slider features sliced ribeye, topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, Dijon horseradish, and garlic aioli, all seasoned with a touch of blackening spice.
- Havarti Turkey Burger
- A delicious upgrade to the turkey burger, featuring a juicy turkey patty on a fresh wheat bun. We’ve added creamy Havarti cheese, garlic aioli, a mix of fresh salad greens, tomato, and caramelized onions.
- Mardi Gras Salmon
- A delicious dish featuring a perfectly cooked salmon filet served with a portion of fresh broccoli. The dish is topped with a vibrant mango salsa cooked with hot honey for a hint of heat.
NEW Cocktail Offerings
- Spicy Mango Margarita
- Combining the electric flavors of Espolon Reposado, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, and Mango Puree this cocktail is so flavorful and refreshing guests won’t be able to just order one.
- Praline Espresso Martini
- Adding Evangeline’s Praline Pecan Liqueur, this cocktail gets a touch of Louisiana charm, adding a rich, nutty sweetness that perfectly complements the bold coffee flavor.
- Eye of the Hurricane
- Walk-On’s Eye of the Hurricane features Bacardi Superior, Crown Royal Regal Apple, and Passion Fruit Puree for an exciting twist on a Louisiana staple.
- Strawberry Lemon Drop Martini
- Striking the perfect balance of vibrant and refreshing, with a recipe consisting of Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Cointreau, Strawberry and Lemon Nectar making this drink the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
- The O-Line
- Combining citrusy notes of Blood Orange Sour and Blood Orange Ginger Beer the O-Line is the perfect mix showcasing an irresistibly bright and refreshing mule variation.
- Watermelon Margarita
- Blending Red Bull Watermelon into a carefully balanced blend of Lunazul Blanco, and Lime & Agave Nectar, this beverage will bring a taste of the south in every sip.

The challenge will begin on March 16 and run through the April 7 Men’s & Woman’s finals.
