Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux Unveils New Fall LTO Menu Featuring Shareable Items + the Launch of the Walk-On’s Shot Program

New LTO items will be available until November 2 and are part of the brand’s revamped LTO strategy

Atlanta, GA (August 25, 2025) – Today, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is unveiling its new seasonal LTO menu, just in time for the start of football season. The LTO menu features three new fall cocktails, shareable fan favorites and the highly anticipated return of queso—it’s back and better than ever!

“Every day is gameday at Walk-On’s and football season is always an exciting time in our restaurants,” said CEO Chris Porcelli. “Our full menu is already filled with great items that our guests know and love, but this new LTO menu is a direct response to their feedback. They are looking for shareable items of great value that meet the standard of excellence they expect when dining at Walk-On’s. We are confident this seasonal LTO offering is going to resonate with guests looking to enjoy a game with friends and family.” 

Launching today, Walk-On’s new LTO menu is available in all locations: 

LTO Food Highlights 
  • Starting Lineup Sampler: Taking some of the brand’s bestselling appetizers and bundling them together, the Starting Lineup Sampler includes seven Boneless Wings, two Cheeseburger Sliders and three Mozzarella Logs.
  • Queso and Chips: Back and better than ever! Walk-On’s is reintroducing the highly popular Queso and Chips. The creamy white queso dip brings the heat with pickled jalapenos and can be elevated by adding either shrimp or boudin.
  • Buffalo Chicken Nachos: In addition to Classic Chicken Nachos, Walk-On’s has taken it to the next level by introducing Buffalo Chicken Nachos, which brings the fan-favorite buffalo flavor to the gameday staple. The Buffalo Chicken Nachos are made with cheese, queso, grilled chicken, crunchy bacon, red onions and bell peppers, topped with ranch and fiery buffalo sauce.

LTO Beverage Highlights
  • Player’s Punch: This tropical game winner is a refreshing mix of Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, pomegranate syrup, orange and cranberry juice.
  • Walk-On’s Whiskey Sour: A bold twist on the classic whiskey sour features Buffalo Trace Bourbon, passionfruit puree, sour mix and orange bitters.
  • Strawberry Mule: Capitalizing on strawberry as one of the top trending flavors, this mule is made with Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, strawberry puree, lemon juice, bitters and ginger beer.

Going forward, guests can expect continued innovation, creating more reasons to try Walk-On’s for the first time or, better yet, become a frequent guest.”

The fall LTO menu takes the fan favorite flavors that Walk-On’s is known for and elevates the brand’s culinary and beverage offerings for football season. All LTO items are available in-restaurant until November 2. 

Permanent additions to the Walk-On’s menu include five new shots, perfect for gameday, which build on the brand’s growing beverage program:
  • Tropical Vegas Bomb: A Tropical Red Bull based is mixed with Peach Schnapps, Crown Royal Peach and Cranberry Juice.
  • Lemon Drop: Our take on a classic shot featuring Deep Eddy Lemon, lemon juice and simple syrup, complete with a sugar rim and lemon wedge.
  • Mexican Candy: Sweet with a kick, this shot is made with Lunazul Tequila, Watermelon Pucker, lime juice, a dash of hot sauce and a Tajin rim.
  • Green Tea Shot: A fan favorite with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, Lemon Sour and Sprite.
  • Washington Apple: Enjoy the taste of fall with Crown Royal, Apple Pucker and Cranberry Juice.

“Shots were already something our guests were ordering,” noted Hagen. “Our new shot program took the most commonly ordered shots and standardized them with detailed recipes to ensure consistency across our restaurants.”

The new shots will be featured on beverage menus at all Walk-On’s locations.
